# Aravise.ai

Aravise.ai is a Houston-based executive AI coaching and AI training practice founded by Chris Winters. Aravise helps executives learn ChatGPT, connect the tools they already use, automate recurring work, and get guidance on AI tasks or projects in private, one-on-one sessions using their own work. It also helps teams turn individual experiments into shared processes and clear rules for safe AI use. Every engagement is led by Chris and confidential by default. Engagements are available remotely and in person around Houston.

## Where executives often start

- **Start the day already caught up:** Turn calendar, inbox, priorities, and loose ends into one clear brief before the first call.
- **Spot the shift before it becomes a surprise:** Turn reports and dashboards into a one-page view of what changed, why it matters, and where attention is needed.
- **Never walk into an important conversation cold:** Prepare the relevant history, context, commitments, likely priorities, and useful questions before a meeting.

These are starting points, not packages. Executives can bring an existing bottleneck, an AI project or task they want to think through, or simply their questions.

## Illustrative coaching outcomes

- **Sales account brief:** Combine CRM records, email, calendar context, and meeting notes into an AI-assisted, source-linked brief showing what changed, what is at stake, and which questions matter before a customer conversation.
- **Gross-margin analysis:** Use sales, cost, freight, and pricing data to identify where product-line margin moved, explain the main contributing factors, and frame the next management decision.
- **Project-variance analysis:** Trace a project overage through ledger entries, invoices, and purchase orders to find the source line for human verification and determine the appropriate corrective action.

### Executive AI Coaching
- **What it does:** Private one-on-one coaching on the executive's actual work. Sessions can cover ChatGPT basics, calendar and tool connections, a recurring workflow, or guidance on an AI task or project.
- **Who uses it:** Executives and business owners who want practical capability without having to learn in front of their team.
- **Typical starting engagement:** Five hours, around $2,000.
- **Terms:** Every session is led by Chris and confidential by default, with an NDA available. If the first session is not worth the executive's time, they do not pay for it.

### AI Training for Teams
- **What it does:** Four to six weeks of role-based working sessions for up to 10 people. Aravise helps the team establish shared workflows, practical guardrails, and capabilities they can maintain.
