How do we make sure it's a good fit?

Your first hour of executive AI coaching is complimentary so you and your coach can make sure the relationship is a good fit. Together, we'll review your objectives and current experience with AI, build a customized plan around your work, and work on a few quick wins. You can then decide whether you'd like to continue. The separate 15-minute introduction helps us arrange your coaching hour.

What is executive AI coaching?

Executive AI coaching is private, one-on-one guidance from a human practitioner who helps you use AI on your real leadership responsibilities. At Aravise AI, you work with a coach backed by our team, while you retain judgment, permissions, and consequential decisions.

Is executive AI coaching worth it?

It can be. Your time is one of your most valuable resources, and your decisions affect much more than your own workload. If AI coaching helps you save hours each week or gives you better decision support, the value can extend across your team and business. That is the leverage of coaching in an executive role: more capacity for the work only you can do, and stronger support for consequential decisions. Judge the value against your actual priorities, time, and cost. Your complimentary first hour lets you experience the coaching and assess that fit for yourself.

Can I try executive AI coaching for free?

Yes. Your first hour of executive AI coaching with Aravise is complimentary: a free, 60-minute private session with a human coach to assess fit, review your objectives, build a customized plan, and work on a few quick wins. Start with the separate 15-minute introduction to arrange it. You decide whether to continue afterward.

What happens in the complimentary first hour?

You and your coach review what you want to achieve and your current experience with AI. Together, we build a customized coaching plan around your objectives and work on a few practical quick wins. You also have time to see whether the coach's approach and pace feel right for you.

Is the 15-minute intro the same as the coaching hour?

They are separate. The free 15-minute introduction is a short conversation about your goals and scheduling. Your first coaching session is a separate 60-minute hour, also free, so you can experience the coaching and assess fit.

Do I have to continue after the complimentary hour?

No. You decide whether to continue. If you want further coaching, we agree the scope, schedule, and price with you before paid work begins. The complimentary first hour applies to executive AI coaching; Embedded AI Delivery and its Workflow Field Day are separately scoped paid services.

Why use an AI coach if I already use ChatGPT or Claude?

A coach can help when access to a tool has not translated into useful, repeatable capability in your own work. The value is current guidance, context, review, and accountability. If you already achieve what you need independently, coaching may add little. The complimentary first hour helps you evaluate the difference for yourself.

Do I need to be technical?

No. We work in plain English and move at your pace. You bring the business context; we handle the technical complexity.

What can I bring to a coaching session?

Bring a recurring task, a decision, a report, or simply your questions. You do not need a polished project brief. Use only information and tools your company permits; sensitive records are not required to discuss whether coaching fits.

What does executive AI coaching cost?

Your first hour of executive AI coaching is complimentary. If you choose to continue, we discuss the price and scope before paid coaching begins. Five hours is a common starting engagement, not a required purchase or a guaranteed result. Any third-party tool subscriptions are separate from the free coaching-hour offer.

Is the work confidential?

Aravise engagements are confidential by default, and an NDA is available on request. Company permissions and the terms of each AI product still apply. Agree any sensitive-data boundaries before sharing information; a coaching agreement does not make every AI tool suitable for confidential work.

Do you work remotely or in person?

Both. Sessions are available remotely anywhere and in person in the Houston area.
