The person on the page is the person who builds.

I'm an applied-AI builder. I build AI agents that run in production — including Greenlight RFP, a proposal agent live today with a paying government contractor — and I bring that same hands-on practice to every client engagement. When we work together, the person on this page is the person on the call, and the person on the call is the person who builds. No account managers, no hand-off to a junior team.

Most of my work is unglamorous on purpose: the compliance matrix behind every RFP, the account research reps do before every first call, the variance questions finance answers every close. That's where AI actually earns its keep — on the necessary work nobody loves — and it's where I've learned what sticks versus what stalls the week real work shows up.

Aravise.ai is built around that lesson: leave every client with a capability their team owns and can extend, not a dependency they have to keep paying to maintain.

How I decide what AI is worth building.

Most AI projects fail not because AI doesn't work, but because they're built backwards — starting with what AI can do and hunting for a home, instead of starting with the work. So before I build anything, for a client or for myself, it passes three gates. A healthy list loses half its items here, and that's the system working — a NO-GO at the scorecard stage costs five minutes; a NO-GO after a quarter costs the quarter.

Gate 1 — Real work

Does it attach to a workflow someone on your team runs every single week? Frequency beats wow — the hours hide in the boring, repeated work, not the flashy demo.

Gate 2 — Owned

Can your people run it, fix it, and extend it without me? I build with your team in the room so you leave with a capability on your payroll, not a black box with a login.

Gate 3 — Measured

Can we point to hours saved or work won — not vibes? Pick the number before you build, or you won't be able to defend the spend later.

Bring me your list — or nothing but questions.

Book a call and we'll run your ideas through the three gates together. You'll likely find your first GO — and a few merciful NO-GOs — before the call is over.
