What happens in the complimentary first hour?
You and your coach review what you want to achieve and your current experience with AI. Together, we build a customized coaching plan around your objectives and work on a few practical quick wins. You also have time to see whether the coach's approach and pace feel right for you.
Do I have to continue after the complimentary hour?
No. You decide whether to continue. If you want further coaching, we agree the scope, schedule, and price with you before paid work begins. The complimentary first hour applies to executive AI coaching; Embedded AI Delivery and its Workflow Field Day are separately scoped paid services.
What types of businesses do you work with?
We work with executives and owners — founders through leaders of mid-sized companies. Coaching is 1:1, so the only real requirement is work you personally run every week. Embedded AI Delivery needs one workflow a team runs regularly, with a cost you can put a number on.
How long does an engagement take?
Your first coaching hour is complimentary. Further coaching is arranged around your schedule, with scope and pricing agreed before paid work. Embedded AI Delivery begins with a paid Workflow Field Day, remotely or on site in Houston; production work is scoped separately afterward.
What does the first conversation look like?
The free 15-minute AI Starting Point is a short conversation about your goals and scheduling. For executive AI coaching, we use it to arrange your separate free first-hour coaching session. You decide whether to continue with paid coaching afterward.
How do you ensure the security of our data?
Aravise engagements are confidential by default, with an NDA available on request. Company permissions and third-party AI product terms still apply. We agree appropriate information boundaries before working with sensitive material.
